in nature. The membership of any such members will
be cancelled, or other such suitable actions may be
taken, once it comes to the notice to the Campus
Solver.Com. However, Campus Solver
takes no responsibility of such communities unless
and until abuse is reported to the Administration
in a written manner with suitable proof at its email
id support@campussolver.com, or thro’ other
written methods.
• A member is solely responsible for the information
provided by him/her, and the user of such information
must verify truth of such information before acting
on the basis of it. Campus Solver.Com
owns no responsibility in this regard.
• While creating the name and credo of his community
a member should not use copyrighted names or trademarks.
In such cases sole responsibility goes to the member
who created/ used such names which are copyrighted
material, trademarks or patents, and Campus
Solver.Com owns no responsibility in this
regard.
• Anybody (member/ non-member) is now allowed
to copy any of the features of Campus Solver.Com
in any (overt or covert) manner, unless and until
a written permission from the Administrator of the
Campus Solver.Com has been taken
in this regard.
• It is the responsibility of members seeking
coach services that they check the credentials of
the person providing the coach services, and Campus
Solver.Com does not own any responsibility
in this regard.
• Authenticity of all the posted Campus News
and Campus Events rests with the member who has posted
such news and events. And users of such information
are advised to confirm the authenticity of such news/
events from other sources that they deem reliable
and authentic. The Campus Solver.Com
owns no responsibility for any fake news/ events,
which are posted by the members. However, Campus
Solver.Com will send warning, or may cancel
the membership of such erring members once such issues
are brought to the notice of the administrator of
the Campus Solver.Com
• Campus Solver.Com will not
be responsible for the condition of goods/ articles,
etc., bought/ sold thro’ Campus Mart; and neither
the Campus Solver.Com is responsible
for the guarantee/ warrantee/ insurance, etc, of such
goods/ articles. It’s the sole responsibility
of buyers and sellers to check all the necessary details
and bear the responsibility of goods/ articles bought/
sold on the basis of their own decisions.
• In Campus Messages a member posting the message
will be solely responsible for the posting of any
derogatory, hate, abusive, or pornographic messages.
Campus Solver.Com will not be responsible in any manner
for such messages. The membership of such erring members
will be immediately cancelled once the issue has been
brought to notice to the Administration of Campus
Solver.Com with enough proof in written manner.
• Campus Placement is an open platform, unlike
a number of job portals, where resumes/ CVs of jobseeker
and other relevant information is available to any
employer confirmed with Campus Solver.Com.
However, such confirmed employers agree to accept
all the terms and conditions of behavior and ethics
stated by the Campus Solver.Com.
Job seekers are advised to check the credentials of
their employers before joining them, and Campus
Solver.Com will not be responsible in any
manner in this regard.
